New Form I-9 Version Required on January 22

Effective Jan. 22, 2017, service providers must use the newly-revised Form I-9 to complete service requests. All previous versions will be obsolete.

While there have been no instances of service providers using an older form, you may meet an employee whose employer has provided them with an outdated version. In this case, you should discard that copy and use the newest version.
